Delivery & Shipping Shipping charges are calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Bulky and heavy items are shipped using a Freight carrier and some items may qualify for free freight shipping. Also, there may be additional shipping charges for residential type, lift gate and inside delivery. Returns & Damaged Items If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us to initiate a return. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the original condition and original packaging.
