I test all CDs to verify that they work, so if they have minor scratches they did not affect how they played in my player. I do not sell excessively scratched or damaged CDs. The condition of the jewelers cases is not a consideration in the price, cases may have small cracks but seriously damaged cases will have been replaced prior to photos. What you seen in the photo is what you're purchasing. All CDs are shipped between two pieces of cardboard in a padded envelope and sent via Media Mail.
