Description

Indestructible stick-resistant alloy cooking surface Thick aluminum clad base For use on gas, electric, and ceramic flat-top stoves Hollow round stainless stay cool handle A medium-sized one with a 2.1 quart capacity that has a 7-7/8 inch / 20 cm diameter at top; a 12.4 cm diameter at bottom; and sits 7.7 cm high (without the optional lid). It has a single, all-metal handle. Indestructible cooking surface made of a permanent stick resistant alloy -- not a wear-prone coating. Patented Cybernox surface will never peel, blister or warp over time -- so durable it's even warranted for commercial kitchens. Provides constant, uniform heat distribution -- ideal for searing, browning, sautéing and deglazing, or for making emulsified egg sauces like hollandaise and béarnaise. The metal resists temperatures of over 1800 degrees F -- perfect for oven and broiler use. (The handles on the larger pan are not certified as being oven-safe, however.) Totally metal utensil and dishwasher safe. Easy to clean by hand. Durable 18/10 stainless steel body. Sturdy, hand-welded stainless steel handles on the smaller pan, stay relatively cool to the touch. Can be used on any heat surface, including induction cook tops.
