<![CDATA[<div>Vintage Post Modern 1980s Dutch Desk Lamp Robert Sonneman George Kovacs Style Halogen Dimmable Made by SMC Boxford Holland This lamp is much made in the style of the Saturn desk lamp from Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs. It is made out of metal which is black and has a thick round tempered glass which spreads a nice diffuse lighting. This is a very sturdy lamp; it is very heavy with brass legs connecting top to bottom. At the center of the foot there is a knob which turns the light on/off and controls the power of the light; it is continuously dimmable. It containes 1 halogen bulb. Good vintage state with just minor wear. (Only noticeable wear I see is a small amount of rust at the very bottom of the brass legs - see close up photo) Measurements: Height - 17.5 inches Diameter of the glass: 17 inches
